SEPTEMBER

According to FAO, the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations, 75% of the world’s crops that produce fruit or seeds for human use as food depend, at least in part, on pollinators.

The disappearance of their habitats and the use of pesticides on crops is depleting the number of bees and other pollinating insects at an alarming rate. The future food of all humanity depends on respecting these species and adopting more sustainable agricultural and consumer practices.

VISIT OF THE MONTH

It is said that owlets only fly at dusk, but our friend was seen in the sunshine for several days at one of the photovoltaic plants we built. His characteristic look and pose reflect the working spirit that we stand for at GRS: working with professionalism and determination for a sustainable Earth in which biodiversity is respected.
