Although water covers two-thirds of the world’s surface, a scarce 0.03% is actually potable water suitable for human consumption. It is of utmost importance to preserve our rivers, aquifers and springs as well as deploying active pollution and spill control with the sole objective of conserving such limited resource.

For this reason at GRS we additionally collaborate with AUARA, a sustainable company focused exclusively in developing wells located in isolated areas that ensure access to clean drinking water for everyone.

Eagle flying over La Laguna PV plant in Mexico

VISIT OF THE MONTH

We currently operate drones during the commissioning of our solar plants, but nature has its own ways.

During the development phase of La Laguna solar plant in Mexico this Eagle followed us during the inspection at bird’s-eye view, making sure our presence meant no harm to their habitat.

Once again we are proud to say the production of clean energy has a contained impact over wild life and our Eagle still hunts for rodents in the area, confirming our success towards the preservation of our environment.
