Last Friday 10th of June, there was an important increase of capital, in which new partners entered in the capital of GRS, specifically, DIANA CAPITAL (an entity with a focused venture capital investment in the Spanish capital of medium-sized companies with vocation of leadership strategy to finance growth – www.dianacapital.com) and several private investors who know and trust in our company.
The new partners have approximately 30% of capital after the increase, so there will be no substantial changes in the management of the company.
The expansion represents a significant financial strengthening, which will allow GRS address major projects and grow in international markets. Also, this leap forward will require us to advance the professionalism of our company and improve our control systems and internal information.
